my first sketch on DA to cross the 100-favs mark (thanx, folks!)

the portrait is actually of sherilyn fenn, (thanx to arkhaminmate001 for correcting me). when i drew this (looooong ago), i didn't know there was someone called sherilyn fenn. i'd sketched it from a photo in a newspaper article in which the reviewer had named her as sharon stone, hence the mistaken identity.

i've travelled across several states. met a lot of people: strangers who felt like longtime friends, relatives who felt like strangers.

been through incredible ups and downs, both literally and figuratively. seen life (and death) from up close, and from a distance.

perhaps i'll write about these experiences someday...

i've missed you, my closest friends on dA. i've discovered that you are some of the constants in my life, and for that i'm grateful to you.
